Step 2: Complete SAGU application process.

Step 3: Review the Catalyst Vow.

Step 4: Complete the Financial Agreement form.

Step 5: Complete the Medical Release form.

Step 6: Complete the Catalyst Questionnaire.

Step 7: Have a Pastor from your home church complete the Pastoral Reference form and fax it or mail it to our church office.

Step 8: Include a recent photo of yourself.

Step 9: Include payment of a $25 non-refundable check made to Cape First.

Step 10: Mail all of the Catalyst paperwork to:
